Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days of your purchase. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been brought to the post office.
Shipping within Europe usually takes 3-10 business days depending on your location. For orders to the US expect a delivery time of 6-10 business days.
Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We guarantee no extra customs charges to customers located in the EU.
In the unlikely event that you still haven’t received your package after 15 business days, please contact support@martinmaier.photography and we’ll personally look into it for you.

We are confident that you’ll love our zine. In the event that you’d like to return your copy for any reason, you’ll have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact me at support@martinmaier.photography to arrange the exchange. You’ll just need to cover the return shipping charge.
In the unlikely event that your zine arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it free of change. Just send an email with your order number and a picture of the damage to support@martinmaier.photography and I’ll get the replacement sent right away.
